Financial Arrangements

In order to provide our patients with quality healthcare on a sound business foundation, we try to provide a variety of payment options.

We are a provider for Delta Dental Premier and many PPO type insurance plans. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify if we are a provider on their plan.

We do not take any HMO dental plans.
To eliminate confusion, we can provide an estimate of fees for treatment plans over $500.
Payment can be made by Cash, Check, major Credit Card
Dental Co-pays can be paid for HSA/FSA accounts.
