Financial Arrangements

We are a PREMIER provider for Delta Dental, and we are in network for a few PPO insurance plans. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify if we are a provider on their plan.

• We do not participate in any HMO dental plans.
• We can Pre-authorize Dental Treatment Plans over $500 if the patient wishes.
• Payment can be made by Cash, Check, or major Credit Cards.
• Dental Co-payments can be paid for HSA/FSA accounts.
